Stumbled across this lively spot my first day in Mexico City. The food is great - especially the shrimp ceviche which was among the best I’ve ever had. I’ve already been back a second time for it. The tuna tostada was also very good, as well as the shrimp and fish burrito.

I had three breaded fish and shrimp tacos, they were huge and came with a full compliment of toppings. I thought I could easily finish three, I was wrong.

If you want a REAL local Mexican food experience in La Roma, this is the place. Not an Instagram tourist trap — this is authentic Mexican hospitality and authentic flavors. What makes this place special is not only the food, but the people. The chef personally comes to your table to make sure everything is perfect, the team is incredibly welcoming, and they genuinely guide you through the menu with recommendations depending on what you like. You feel like a guest, not just another customer. The menu is huge, and every single time I come here I order something different — and somehow everything is amazing. Absolute must-orders: - Shrimp and cheese taco - Consomé de mariscos - Tostada de atún - Empanadas - Burritos - Shrimp cocktail - And the oyster mayonnaise… seriously, try it with everything. Honestly, everything here is great. Portions are generous, prices are great, and the whole experience feels organic, warm, and truly local. If you’re visiting Mexico City and don’t come here, you’re missing what real local food and hospitality actually feel like.

Fantastic place for lunch. At least that's what we did. Oh so good. Extremely friendly too. Mixed seafood ceviche rang the bell, loud and clear. Fresh seafood (octopus, shrimp and fish) with an out of this world sauce. Just a hint of piment rouge which added a lot. For those who prefer a bit more heat, you can add one or more house sauces (mayonnaise?). Highly recommend

Even though is a small place, the food was great! We had the shrimp empanada and the aguachiles verdes de camaron. Both were amazing and tasty. The empanadas have a good size. They have outdoor seating only.

Absolutely loved this place! The people are super nice, and the food is incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The banana pepper tacos and burritos are pure heaven. Don’t miss their salsas, especially the spiciest one: it’s a must-try! Everything is fresh, clean, generous, and the outdoor dining area has such a great local vibe. One of the best seafood spots in CDMX!

María la Pescadora was a total gem. Súper fresh mariscos, great variety, and every dish came out looking beautiful. The presentation was on point, but more importantly, everything tasted delicioso. The seafood felt fresh from the sea and the flavors were spot on. Muy buen ambiente, great service, and perfect for anyone craving authentic mariscos. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to. ¡Qué rico!

Absolutely amazing—from food to service! You’ll likely have to wait, but it’s worth it. We had the mixed house ceviche, the paella, tuna tostada, and bartered shrimp taco and it was all perfection.
