Suleyma

My wife and I stopped by for a light snack since she had never tried Lebanese food, and I wanted her to sample a few popular items. We ordered the falafels, baklava, and a café blanco. The falafels were very flavorful, and the café blanco was incredibly refreshing. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere and the Abu Dhabi house music playing in the background. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy a full meal next time!

Every time I come to Guadalajara, I've been intrigued by Lebanese food, and I finally had the opportunity to try it at Suleyma. I did a little research beforehand on what to order since it was my first time, and let me tell you—the food did not disappoint! We started with the Hummus Especial con Portobello al Vino Blanco, and it was absolutely delicious. We also shared the Kabab and Taouk, which were equally amazing. For drinks, we started with the Samir Perez and the Fig Flower cocktails. Both were very tasty, although a bit on the sweet side for my preference. We ended the night with a Victoria beer, which was the perfect finish to the meal. I highly recommend this place. The food, drinks, and overall experience were excellent. Next time, I'd love to come back with a larger group so I can try even more items from the menu!

Went on a Friday evening. We got the table as soon as we reach there. Reservations were already made in advance. When it comes to food, the taste was blend. We ordered babaganush, fatayer and chicken shawarma. Shawarma chicken was well marinated but the whole shawarma was soggy. Other 2 dishes were not good. The service was good and on Friday’s they have Live Jazz music which was really good.

Honestly the best food I’ve had in years! I was there with 2 friends and all of us loved it! The Labneh and Kibbeh were our highlights. The atmosphere in the restaurant is perfect to spend time in and all the waiters and staff were super friendly and helpful. (The dish in the picture is the Taouk, also delicious, the vegetables make it a 10/10)

We hosted our wedding welcome party/icebreaker at Suleyma, and it was absolutely incredible!!! The food was authentic and amazing! Even our Lebanese and Arab guests were impressed, and our Mexican guests said it was the best Middle Eastern food they had in Mexico. The ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful, the staff was very attentive and kind, and the cocktails were innovative and delicious. We had dined at Suleyma twice before, and each time was better than the last. The owner, Fuad, is very sweet and great to work with! Our guests had an amazing time, and we had a memorable start to our wedding weekend. Shukran Suleyma!!

The food it's different but at the same time delicious . There is a special menu for 2 people for 1k pesos and have a lot of options to choose. The people is super chill. Service is great and friendly, they are super patient to explain you every dish. I definitely coming back.

The food was wonderful and excellent value for money. The service was very friendly and efficient. They have a very nice cocktail menu too, so we also tried some of those and they were equally delicious. We ate and would certainly recommend the Hummus with the Portobello Mushrooms, the Shawarma, and the Faruk.
